This specialty valve is ideal if you have sections of your system that require occasional draining for maintenance. Simply close the main block valve and open the smaller bleed valve to release pressure. The main block valve is a full port design meaning that you won't reduce flow by having this valve inline. Additionally, both valves have a handle locking device to prevent accidental or malicious valve operation.
