The Superlok SUNV Series needle valves by Mako Products are compact and feature packing below the threads, which helps protect the valve stem. These needle valves can be used in severe service conditions, and will function in up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The SUNV needle valves can be ordered in a standard straight flow pattern or angle flow pattern design and is panel mountable. Connection options include: male and female pipe thread, socket weld and tube or compression end.
These union bonnet needle valves have a pressure rating of 6,000 PSI at 100°F and are 100% factory pressure tested with a nitrogen leak test. The standard packing material is PTFE/Teflon, which has a temperature rating of -65°F – 450°F. Peek packing is available to increase the temperature range to 1200 degrees when required.
